Winemaking: fermentation in steel tanks at 18°C (65°F) for 3 weeks. Malolattic fermentation not releized. Aging to 12 months to steel tanks and released in 6 months. Apparence: light straw On the nose: fine, floreal and fruity with lemony notes On the palate: Fresh and fruity. Elegant with a pleasant minerality.

Gastronomic accompaniments: pleasently tart tasteindicates antipasti, fish and seafoos. Well accompanied with white meat and vegetable pies.
